still using the old computer system to keep score but that’s not important, what’s important is that the floor is well maintained…nice

Need to close the place already. Uneven floor lanes, its like there is bumper when the ball is rolling through the lane. Besides that, all size 9 balls are defect, got crack and hole. Dont waste your money here please. I’m playing on lane 5 and 6 btw.
Everything is okay, friendly and welcoming staff, the lane and the bowling ball is okay, the bowling ball some are damage and scratch a bit but i think it was normal since it has been used many time by public. I want to give it a five star but the system sometimes broken. Like that one time the pin suddenly not getting replaced. But it was so far everything fine.
Currently playing at lane 13 & 14, we literally have to reset lane 14 EVERY SINGLE TIME. We asked the staff to at least help us change our lanes and they said “we can’t do anything because all lanes have the same issue”. It’s really disappointing as both our money and time is wasted here.
