Tqsm6 months agoBad experience, force to wear shoes too small for my foot, staff no proper explanation but i felt they are exhausted, but management not systematic, overall people playing bowling there were nice, help us tips and trick to avoid injury.

a year agoUsed to be one of my favourite place to visit on my childhood years as my parents often bought us there on the weekend. And kinda disappointed and sad that the bright and serene ambience have no longer existed. There are lots of food and drinks written on the menu but literally got a “sorry the stock not here yet” 🙁 . Whole experience is a bummer 🙁 like literally, could get a same experience at mamak for half the price :(( . Probably a bowling session is the only good thing that actually happen there. Hope the future management would try to maintain it like before.6 months agoThe system should be upgrade ! During our session the lane was not functioning properly as it was so every time we have to play the staff will come out at the pin to fix it ! The shoes rental also need to buy new one because all of it are totally koyak and its not safe for us to play with those shoes . And also during that day we cannot play almost 30min because the lane are not functioning . A lot of bowling lanes. Good place for family bonding. It’s a very cool and comfortable place to bowl. However some of my friends are saying that the oiling here is really poor, thus it is not a good place for real bowlers as what they claim. There are a few times when I come and they are doing some renovations and closing a lot of the lanes. All in all, it is a decent place to hang out and release stress.

They provide 30 Bowling Lanes , 6 Pool Table ,10 Dart Machines, Gaming and Kiddies Machines. In addition, My Kbox is just beside, is a great place to enjoy singing and bowling.

one of my friends went up to one of workers to ask for a lighter bowling bowl just for her to get body shamed!! i hope this particular worker gets fired soon as this behavior is not acceptable and quite rude!!!
today I went to karaoke at my bowl 1borneo, the service was not satisfactory! the room I got had technical problems, mic problems, speakers broke, when I asked to change the room the staff only came to set the sound system but didn’t change anything, it’s not the first time I’ve come here, every week I come here, but this time I got a service that bad from the staff!! very disappointed!
