3 months agoRelaxing vibes. The cafe is large with plenty of seating. The front part has natural lighting while the back seating is darker making it ideal for doing work or relaxing. There are plenty of drink options as well as some western food, snacks and desserts. There were some cakes on display. Looks good but have not tried it yet. Staffs were friendly. Took awhile for the drinks to arrive.I ordered a coconut matcha latte which didn’t have any coconut taste but the matcha was pleasant, though very milky. The green apple peach iced tea was refreshing.
Might come back to try the coffees, food and desserts to have a full review.
7 months agoLove the concept of the cafe. Very cozy. The interior of the cafe is very well decorate with an earthly soft color. The ambience is calm. The cafe basically devided into 2 area by a shelves book wall. The day my visit, I spotted merely friends having meeting at the other part of the cafe and solo client who is enjoying their meal while on their phone watching reels or playing games.Most of their menu is dessert and the price is moderate. Staffs is helpful but less koufriendly maybe bcoz they are too busy cater everyone. Overall the place is nice, I would recommend it to everyone after a tour to around MIRI TOWN. Its air conditioned so can cool u off.

11 months agoVery famous cafe in Miri. Good environment with books and they serve good food and drinks. Do try their Snow Cheese Butterscotch cake, one of my favourite. For drink, I like their houjicha latte. Weekend may be more packed than usual.a week agoGood ambience for family or friends gathering

The kolo mee is quite springy, a hybrid of handmade/kampua.7 months agoNice food..should try their Miri version rojak and cendol…have different types too.9 months agoDelicious handmade noodle , great texture but sometimes long waita year agoLaksa + wantan ?????? Add on 28/3/22: revisit after mco. Quality and standard ??????. My favorite TeaC & Kolomee + Minced port ONLY.5 years agoThree generations of the family come here for curry rice. It’s the only thing they will eat even though the menu has many more options.But don’t take their word. Go and try it for yourself. Doesn’t matter if it’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I can also attest that it is quite good.
Start with a bowl of rice. Top it with curry chicken, some different kinds of pork and add more sauce.
Use a spoon to eat it and be sure to get all of the sauce. When you are done, lick the plate if you want. It’s ok. Everyone who eats here will understand.

One of the local favourite place for breakfast.
The kolo mee noodle is of the flat finer type rather than round cross-section ones. Taste is amongst the better ones. The cut chilli comes with soy sauce, which becomes a double whammy when paired with salty noodle. I prefer cut chilli marinated in vinegar to balance the oily texture of the noodle.
Their wanton is really the star here. Thin and soft skin with ample filing. Not too porky in taste. Just nice.
The kueh teow was flooded in oil, enriched with pork sausage and luncheon meat that made it even more oily.
Didn’t try the red wine mee suah myself. Heard it is good. Also heard the fish soup was good.
The toast are the thick version and looked great with cheese topping. Satisfying.
Food is not bad, as many open before 7am in this area
Great stir fry noodles/ kueh tiaw and kolok mee stalls. Must try!
You need to be an early bird to taste the good food! Plenty of selection with the local taste. Tested the Kueh Chap, the kueh texture not silky but the meats with pork intestines & other parts are tender
Non-halal
Kolomee here tasted okay but wouldn’t take the crown. Small portion, curly noodle type, simple average topping.
Coffee was just average, no table service and ordering a drink was a nightmare if you are dining-in alone.
You see, you need to queue at the drinks counter to order a drink while leaving your seat empty. Just pray that your seat is still available when coming back from the queue. I do not know why the owner insistef on such a system, to me not ideal.
I would only go there once a blue moon.
