My wife and I are searching for affordable and durable laptop for our children school use. We approach Vincent and ask for suggestions. He recommends various models which cater to our needs and budget. Vincent is knowledgeable with the products, including the add-ons and membership services. He is patient with our enquiries and at the same time, provides professional customer service to other customers who are also keen with the products in the store. He explains to us clearly and is helpful to install the add-ons which we purchased. We are extremely grateful and satisfied with Vincent’s pleasant service and Atrix best deals and promotions.
Very very very good. Very highly recommended. As a university student, very reliant on my laptop so shocked when the laptop is not working properly. Fixed my Dell XPS 13 9370 and delivered it as good as new, all within 30 – 45 mins. He was very professional, very courteous and very friendly ?? Would definitely come here again if anything happens (touch wood).
One of the few remaining computer repair shops in the area. Be sure to call the shop before you go there. When sending in your device for repair, there is a diagnostic fee – $30 (4 to 7 working days) or $50 (1 to 2 working days). I’ve used their repair services 2 times and each time I got my computer back after 5 days. Communication is clear and they will let you know your device’s issue and get your confirmation on the repair fee before commencing repair.
Shop accepts PayNow as payment method.
