Last week,we just sent our desktop for him to change a C drive. Charges are reasonable. He is an asset to the company. The shop is conveniently located at Oasis Terrace, Punggol #03-18. Send my laptop to be fixed. Was told very confidently that it would take 3-5 days. After 5 days there was still no word from the shop. Went down to enquire and was told that they are still trying to fix it. Dragged it out another two days before informing me that they can’t fix it and that I should come take it back. At the point of picking up the laptop, they could not even distinguish which power adapter belonged to my laptop and upon further inspection there are now new dents and screws missing from the underside of the laptop.
