2 weeks agoGreat service! The staff very friendly. The staff know I am in rush for the built-PC, he tried his best and have successfully done within several hours. I am very happy for getting the PC within one day! Recommended!!5 months agoWalk in for their promo packaged PC. Ordered and got the PC in 3 days. Not so crowded area and plenty of parking spaces around store.Well known for superb aftersales services and committed staff. Highly recommend this place especially for anyone that wanna build/upgrade their PC.
7 months agoJust picked up my custom ordered PC and I love it. PC works well and if anything can always refer back to them. A big score for me is that they give useful guides, advises and tips for your PC needs.Friendly staff. Knowledgeable about the parts that might suite your PC needs. Recommended since they have aftersale services for up to 10 years.

Everyone who want to customize own PC, please choose Ideal Tech Setia Alam. 5 star is not enough for them, they deserve 10 Star5 months agoWent to Ideal Tech with my friend to build a pc and I came here to do cleaning,cable management and install new motherboard. Their service is fantastic and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They forgot to give my old motherboard back so they provide lalamove to send it . Very recommended and will come here again??

Went here last time.. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed help to fix my pc display not working and staff cleaned it and fixed the issue for free. Best place to go for a custom built PC aswell had mine for 3 years already no problems.
