JakaThe only reason I went back is due to the lack of numbers of cyber cafes in Penang. If we’re to given a choice, I would avoid this cyber cafe.

This place has given me a PTSD of sorts. While the Internet is fine and at quite a decent speed, the quality and hygiene of the place is abhorring. At first glance from the pictures, the equipment look rather clean. Upon reaching and actually using the computers, the headphones are torn and tattered, the keyboards and mouse riddled with splatters of unknown substances, and upon touch of any equipment makes your fingers feel like they have been dipped in a mixture of human oil and sweat. The staff felt rather indifferent to it all, giving off a sense of boredom and performed their tasks unenthusiastically and unfriendly-like. Not to mention, Google maps has 3 different Internet cafes located here, all of which are essentially Level-up Internet cafe. The aforementioned Internet cafes were Sks Internet cafe and Game Free Cyber Zone cafe, which I believe were the predecessors of Level-up Internet cafe and do not exist anymore, as when you take a glance at the pictures, the same equipment and chairs are being used. Anyone thinking they are separate Internet cafes are sorely mistaken and should avoid making the same mistake I made.

Very enjoyable to be especially at late night or early morning, but kids and very noisy Indian boys just overall ruin the atmosphere, shouting and banging keyboards, and uttering vulgar slangs at each other.

Worst internet cafe experience ever in my life. The staff dont even bother to solve or care about your pc prob and switch another pc for you as he will say there is no other pc left but i can see there are some still remain to be opened. Learn how landscape operate their internet cafe rubbish
Weak internet. Download footages almost finish computer suddenly shut down. All footages gone. Wasted so many hours n time there.
N the staff service really bad if I’m the boss I’ll definitely fire him.
Good customer service experience.
Great computer usage experience.
May at times noisy due to other customers chose not to use headphones.

Gave this place a chance after seeing a few negative reviews. I can only confirm all of them. The receptionist is super short, not very welcoming and you can see he only cares about his game.
The place in general is super loud, people not using headphones, yelling, someone’s playing music very loud from their phone.. Couldn’t hear anything of my own game. I do not recommend.
