Poster outside the shop that openly states the promotion that there is a 15% off for SAFRA members. When paying the staff (dude in specs and bowl haircut) just act blur saying he dk anything about it, and that its the boss instruction and made me call the boss instead of himself trying to clarify.
Called the boss (8382 0981) the guy also one kind, insisted there is not such promotion and talk like its my own fault and want fight like that. So the owner’s reply “please our contact hotline 83820981, we will try our best to assist you” can just forget it. Because I literally called this number.
Offer a promotion to lure customers in, when paying the time then come flip prata. Owner and staff all same kind
Unfortunately, this chain of internet cafe does not have satisfactory customer service. They have a “hidden membership” and do not care to explain to regular customers about the necessary details. When asked about it, they insist that it is “up to me if I want to visit their store or not” instead of giving explanations on how to get the membership properly. Staff is also lackluster in their responses to customers and also give false information. When attempting to pay with a certain method, the person said it was unavailable, when the next day a different attendant said that it was always available. These double standards are unbecoming of a business and it is recommended for people to avoid this chain of stores.
I only enjoy coming here when the staff at the counter isn’t the spectacle boy with the bowl haircut.
Visited the LAN on 21/10/2023. He was working that night and there was literally only 2 occupied pool tables & about 3-4 people using the PC. Me and 2 other friends were the only ones queuing to get 3 PC.
He asked us to wait 5mins because apparently he had a hard time opening a new stack of coins? Damn troller. We reached the LAN at 12:15am. He only attended us at 12:30am. Even then, the fella took like 10mins to log us into our PC?
Stated on your website that y’all close at 3am but the fella said we only allowed to play till 230am? When we left at 230am, others were still playing till 3am. So why is that the case? Best part we wanted to use the STEAM Account so asked him to help us log in. Fella don’t even know the STEAM Account details.
What kind of people are y’all even hiring? Cannot be y’all didn’t train him properly because your other staff 1000x better than him. Everything ask the mangkok boy also he don’t know. Then I ask who? Straight up lazy attitude.
I see so many complains about the specs boy but no action taken against him? GG.
Ample PCs to use at the place and theres pool tables and also snacks and refreshments as well. There’s also a driving setup and console games as well.
very spacious, 3$ per hour which is very reasonable nowadays plus the environment is great. air conditioned + no indoor smoking or whatsoever
