I am happy with the treatment I received. Dr. Kong was clear and direct to the point with his explanation and treatment plan. I like that he gives patients the option to decide how to customise the treatment (in terms of the number of products to get). My skins feels much better and I am hopeful it will be cleared before my next appointment. Worth the pretty penny.

Exorbitant, expensive, excessive. Charges exactly twice the price of what you would pay in Singapore to a plastic aesthetic surgeon. Avoid and go to RX clinic

few days ago I brought my daughter here because of skin allergies, I thought they were dermatologists with brand-name medicine, but it was very disappointing when the medicine they gave was the same as the hospital. The price of medicine is also very unreasonable. Very Not recommended this clinic ?

After reading all the negative reviews, I was skeptical about visiting this clinic. However this was the only clinic that accept walk in whereas others need appointments that’s only available in Oct! Therefore I gave a try. Surprisingly Dr Indrani consultation was good. Her diagnosis with my skin problem was right and gave me the treatment that relieves my skin condition almost immediately. I will definitely come back for her consultation whenever I have any skin problems again?

    1. This clinic had shown me the ugly side of healthcare. Money minded individuals should not be working as a healthcare professional. This clinic not only showed me poor attitude, but also lack of compassion towards patient as well.

I am confident to say that this doctor had disappointed me for the last time. My disease was not properly assessed and treated. I am not coming back to this clinic ever again, it was expensive and treatments was useless. The nurses in the clinic was rude and impatient. Experience was very poor overall. I don’t recommend anyone to step foot in this clinic at all.

    2. Bear in mind that the exact operating hours are not tallied with info provided on the website. Working on weekdays till 3.30pm only, off on weekend… no room for discussion for treatment session out of these office hours. Kinda disappointing for those who can barely take leaves for clinic consultation.

    3. On google open this clinic. Skli kmi until close. Called kli2 but didn’t answer. Then turn off the phone. It’s better to keep it up forever 🙂
