Very unprofessional, rude, and the doctor said that moisturizer isn’t need if u have oily skin. And no sunscreen needed. How did u even qualify in dermatology?

Seen dr Indra in August 2018, I tried to explain the skin condition but she stopped me then prescribed me medicine. After 2 months conditions never get any better, seen her again in October 2018, prescribed me same medicine. Visited her twice cost me RM1000, but never get better. I gotta go see other specialist. Never go see dr Indra, she is not good!
Can I know how much the laser for mole treatment?
This clinic had shown me the ugly side of healthcare. Money minded individuals should not be working as a healthcare professional. This clinic not only showed me poor attitude, but also lack of compassion towards patient as well.
I am confident to say that this doctor had disappointed me for the last time. My disease was not properly assessed and treated. I am not coming back to this clinic ever again, it was expensive and treatments was useless. The nurses in the clinic was rude and impatient. Experience was very poor overall. I don’t recommend anyone to step foot in this clinic at all.
Bear in mind that the exact operating hours are not tallied with info provided on the website. Working on weekdays till 3.30pm only, off on weekend… no room for discussion for treatment session out of these office hours. Kinda disappointing for those who can barely take leaves for clinic consultation.
On google open this clinic. Skli kmi until close. Called kli2 but didn’t answer. Then turn off the phone. It’s better to keep it up forever 🙂
Best skin specialist in kk. Very friendly and extremely attentive towards patients
