a month agoThe process to liase via whatsapp was smooth and they were responsive to my queries.On the ground, Aru is really knowledgeable and explained to me what actually caused the whole unit to trip. He did a detailed check of the house as well.

3 months agoHighly recommend Everyworks! Technician Aru came earlier than scheduled timing which was much appreciated. He was very professional and carried out the job of replacing our faulty heater switch swiftly.He ensured that the area that works were carried up was tidied up after. He informed us about what caused the issue and how he will rectify it. ?
Communication with the admin was also very easy through WhatsApp. The invoicing was also done through a web portal. Overall very professional and transparent service!
4 months agoAru has been very helpful in making me understand the problems with the lightings in the house. He didnt just come and fix. He explain so i understand the root of the problem. He also give options so i can work within my budget. He even give advice on the water droplets that are found on my toilet ceiling. I really appreciate it. Very sincere, professional. I first found out about Francis through his publicity on facebook. As my wife and I know nothing about electrical works, we decided to reach out to him to seek for advice on how to extend some of our power points.
Throughout the course of communication, Francis was very patient, knowledgable and very understanding to explain how some of the electrical wirings are done and provided us with advices.
On the actual day of installation, Francis and his team arrived ahead of schedule and started work promptly. Even though our electrical works were not very major, the team remain professional and attended to our requests. Francis even attended to my smart switch installation requests and came down after his working hours to help me with my issue.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend others to engage his services! He deserves more reviews than he has now. ??????
