a month agoThe food seems to be stale. Chicken and fried have been fried and left to be served, hence the cold soggy food. Also, they are really expensive when compared to other options.Your money would be well spent elsewhere.
8 months agoIf the kiosk machine not working, the manager has to take quick action to open more counter to avoid the customer from waiting too long. This is fast food or slow food restaurant? I just want to add extra sauce but the manager at the counter ask to go and queue at the other counter. Why don’t you open the counter too to ensure flawless operation rather then just standing there and looking at long lines at the other counter.7 months agoOne of my favorite fried chicken and nasi lemak! Hihi. When I visit Malaysia, I always find Marry Brown because they have a unique taste, fried chicken is common but eat with nasi lemak and their authentic sambal is delicious. 2 months agoIt’s a burger king with a view so that’s why we came here. And the view is the best I’ve seen in a fast food restaurant for sure. Shame the food wasn’t that good though. Service was ok it’s just fast food service. Still worth coming and having a drink here if you’re shopping but not worth the food here.2 months agoBurgers are ok – standard burger King. Made me stand for few minutes before taking my order while he was wondering left and right.. not sure what he was doing. And the cleanliness of the restaurant outside was absolutely terrible. Boss of this franchise, pls hire more people.a month agoBurger King at Genting Premium Outlet is the best option compared to the rest of the eatery at Genting Premium Outlet. Even though it is a fast food joint, it has the best view of Genting. It is breathtaking. You can opt to sit indoors or outdoors. The food is ok – consistent with the rest of the Burger King joints. The food is packed to take away, even though we are eating in.

Was there a couple of weeks back. No crowd on a weekday late afternoon…which was good. No need to queue to have a quick snack. Ordered by self service kiosk and with the McD app promo code, it was so worth it. Clean and spacious place.
Genius at work… Offer hotcakes(though by the time I collect,it’s more cold cake) with butter… But don’t provide knife.. so I’m suppose to use a fork and spread?
Understaffed.. and the staff are working at their own leisurely pace with no urgency.. our food was ready and waiting at the counter for 10 minutes before we can collect.. can’t imagine if it was peak hour…
Was here for breakfast so there isn’t a huge crowd. No queue for the self checkout kiosk. However, food took so long to be served. Probably took about 30 mins. In addition to that, the staff seems extremely lost. Ordered the pancake but butter and maple syrup wasn’t provided. Had to ask for it and the staff doesn’t seem to know. Only got the syrup (no butter) from the other staff. Overall, decent like any McD but with an extremely long waiting time for a fast food place.
The restaurant is a disaster i went there for lunch and was surprised from how bad the food is , the moment i entered i saw actual cockroaches on the walls , my order took 30 mins to make! , the staff aren’t gloves even in the kitchen and the food we ordered was either dry or uncooked (raw) i have a photo of it + the cashier had an attitude of a street seller , he was so rude and looked at us in a sarcastic way . So overall a bad experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone . Please fix this.
SERVICE IS SO BAD!
Went there around 2.30AM, the kiosk was not working and they were taking manual orders. Waited around 20 minutes in the line. Finally when it was my turn the manager (Black shirt) decided to not take my order and said they are closed.
I asked to get at least fries and they said it’s all finished. I could see a big basket of fries in the kitchen. Had to leave the ship through some garbage area instead of the front.
Not going back here.
