Was there a couple of weeks back. No crowd on a weekday late afternoon…which was good. No need to queue to have a quick snack. Ordered by self service kiosk and with the McD app promo code, it was so worth it. Clean and spacious place.
Genius at work… Offer hotcakes(though by the time I collect,it’s more cold cake) with butter… But don’t provide knife.. so I’m suppose to use a fork and spread?
Understaffed.. and the staff are working at their own leisurely pace with no urgency.. our food was ready and waiting at the counter for 10 minutes before we can collect.. can’t imagine if it was peak hour…
Was here for breakfast so there isn’t a huge crowd. No queue for the self checkout kiosk. However, food took so long to be served. Probably took about 30 mins. In addition to that, the staff seems extremely lost. Ordered the pancake but butter and maple syrup wasn’t provided. Had to ask for it and the staff doesn’t seem to know. Only got the syrup (no butter) from the other staff. Overall, decent like any McD but with an extremely long waiting time for a fast food place.
The restaurant is a disaster i went there for lunch and was surprised from how bad the food is , the moment i entered i saw actual cockroaches on the walls , my order took 30 mins to make! , the staff aren’t gloves even in the kitchen and the food we ordered was either dry or uncooked (raw) i have a photo of it + the cashier had an attitude of a street seller , he was so rude and looked at us in a sarcastic way . So overall a bad experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone . Please fix this.
SERVICE IS SO BAD!
Went there around 2.30AM, the kiosk was not working and they were taking manual orders. Waited around 20 minutes in the line. Finally when it was my turn the manager (Black shirt) decided to not take my order and said they are closed.
I asked to get at least fries and they said it’s all finished. I could see a big basket of fries in the kitchen. Had to leave the ship through some garbage area instead of the front.
Not going back here.
