4 weeks agoWorst drink and service attitude! My friend and I each of us ordered a set meal with hot chocolate and mine added on $1.80 for mocha. Upon received, my friend drink is diluted not sure what drink is that! And mine was not even mocha at all ,it’s looked like diluted coffee,is dark colour!!( Mocha is dark colour?) When approached the counter staff, they just poured away the diluted hot chocolate and redo another using the same cup,but the taste is definitely not hot chocolate taste. And my mocha when I told the staff this is not mocha,looks like coffee, they insisted is mocha, and when I told her mocha should able to see some milk colour not just black, guess what, they just passed me 2 packs of creamer, no words to describe this kind of service!?♀️ We were in rush for lunch break so just left it! We used to came here for quick lunch, though we knew their service was not the best ,sometimes very slow, but didn’t except such a ridiculous service!2 weeks agoThe staffs were really nice and very accomodating. Our orders were taken with care and speed. Overall it was a good experience for us the costumers and would happily go once more sometime.4 years agoThe food is nice here as much as you would expect of any burger king. Unfortunately I felt the service here was slower than most other outlets I have been to. Also, 1 of 2 self-service kiosks had a non-functioning payment connection when I was there and it wasted quite some time queuing to use a machine that couldn’t complete the order. An ‘out-of-order’ sign would have been nice. The seating area is usually almost full with just a few tables unoccupied.4 months agoOrdered 2 beef burgers and large fries to take out. Reached home in 15 mins and found all foods are not warm at all. It’s cold. Burger king standard has dropped so much and no wonder not much crowd during dinner time. The beef burger is good and better than other competitor but a pity on the dropped quality.a year agoSuper lousy branch, staff taking their own sweet time. Says order here at the counter but pushes u to the self order kiosk which also 1 spoilt. Long queue. Guy in black face mask is “Manager” but doesn’t even know how to manage customers lol. Still blasting their own song in the kitchen and taking own sweet time. Overall rude, slow and bad experience. Pathetic

3 months agoGood experience today. Service is fast, chicken is crispy, delicious. Not crowded too … easy to get table.a month agoRecommend for folks not to order within 1 hour of closing. First, I could only do an online order, no one at counter, busy closing up. I should have taken the hint. My food took over 10 mins to prep. But I was served cold chicken and fries. Topped up $1 for a larger portion of fries but honestly can’t tell that I got a bigger portions cos the fries were just dumped into the box with the chicken and there was just a handful of strands of it. My chicken came in different shades of brown, some light, some dark but all equally cold. Only item that was freshly fried was my cheese sticks. They get my one star for that.3 years agoEnded up here on a weekday night and was left without much choices for dinner, so went with this. I must really compliment the staff here for being on the ball even though it was half past 9, and still being welcoming despite nearing closing. The uncle at the lobby was very attentive, ensuring every inch of the table is wiped down before seating others. Food were served piping hot nearing closing hour too, which was comforting.2 years ago2020: Ordered the 6-piece meal (half of both flavours) and added an additional drumstick. Everything was piping hot as it should be.My parents visited this branch a few weeks back and they also said the food were hot and delicious.
One of the few branches that still serves HOT food. Keep up the good work! Will visit again. 🙂
Update: came here in 2022, chicken is cold, drumstick I ordered is dried up, fries seasoning is just a little sprinkle. Asked for chili sauce, the person in the kitchen only gave 2 packets lol. Have to keep going back again and again to ask for 1-2 packets of chili.
3 years agoServed one of the best chicken wings. Meat is fresh and tender. Prepared with their own sauce.The Calamari and Shrimps is also a must try. Goes well with my red wine.
Overall experience is good. Uncle from lobby is attentive and polite. The cashier is also patient and done a good job to explain and advise what is the best option.
But I must say the taste does not fit everyone if you do not enjoy chilli hot stuff.

McDonald’s is as standard as it gets. This branch is particularly nice because of its setup and location.
The Latte from the in shop McCafe barista was surprisingly good ! Even better than some Starbucks or Coffee beans.
Filipino manager guy is polite. Considerably clean and swift fast food outlet with the mass numbers of customers they had to serve. No such thing as off-peak, always plenty of people.
Today I am quite upset about the quality of the food. The corn forget to give the butter and spoon . The lasi lemak burger the meat is very dry and tough .
Subject: A Highly Disappointing Visit – Rude Staff and Serious Hygiene Concerns
I recently visited the McDonald’s branch located at JEM around 3 pm today, to enjoy some ice cream. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to leave a 1-star review due to the discourteous behavior of the staff and alarming hygiene issues.
Upon our arrival, my party and I patiently waited for approximately 10 minutes at the main counter, expecting to collect our ice cream. To our surprise, we were informed that we needed to proceed to the dessert counter located at the side entrance to receive our order because the machine was out of order. We complied, but upon reaching the dessert counter, we encountered yet another issue – there was no staff present to assist us. This left us waiting for an additional 5 minutes with no service in sight.
Finally, a staff member named Julaini arrived at the dessert counter, carrying a pail and a mop from outside. Our concerns for hygiene escalated when we observed her serving ice cream to a gentleman in front of us WITHOUT washing or sanitizing her hands. Given the nature of her role, which involves handling ice cream cones, I kindly requested that she sanitize her hands before serving us to ensure proper hygiene standards.
To our dismay, Julaini’s response was utterly shocking. She replied, “I only touched the mop handle; I didn’t use my hands to squeeze the water.” Despite my insistence on the importance of hygiene, she adamantly refused to clean her hands before serving us. I made it clear that I would consider reporting this matter to McDonald’s or the Ministry of Health due to the blatant disregard for hygiene protocols.
To our astonishment, Julaini reacted with absolute disrespect. She told us to “get lost” and directed us to complain to her manager inside the main counter. Furthermore, she refused to serve us and even threw the receipt back at us. Such a level of insolence and disregard for customer service is inexcusable and entirely unexpected from a McDonald’s employee.
I spoke to her manager and although he was correcting her in front of us, she showed no remorse or the intention to wash her hands. She completely ignored his presence and continued serving the rest of the customers.
Having worked in the airline industry for nearly a decade, I can assert that I have never treated any passenger on board with such disrespect, no matter how challenging the situation. It is evident that Julaini lacks a fundamental understanding of customer service and prioritizes her convenience above the well-being of customers.
This experience has left me profoundly disappointed, and I sincerely hope that McDonald’s addresses these issues promptly. In an establishment as reputable as McDonald’s, customer satisfaction and adherence to hygiene standards should be non-negotiable.
Imagine waiting 2 hours for a burger while paying full attention to what number the counter is shouting because the screen displaying the order number is as if it’s malfunctioning and just pass by your order even when it’s not ready. To top it off the McDonald’s app feedbacks section also takes about forever to load, so even if you wanted to give “feedbacks” you’ll have to wait as long as the burger.
