While the service was quick, I wasn’t happy with the poor ambience. Seems poorly maintained and the outlet was hot especially at the back section of the restaurant. The floor was not clean and the atmosphere was disappointing.
So I ate quickly and left.

5 months agoA typical example of good fresh breakfast let down by staff with minimal service ethics. I ordered chicken strips on rye roll and water. The water was hot and I requested ice but to no avail. The staff couldn’t answer in a polite way.in the last weekThe standard of burger king dropped to – – – 0 level?. Ordered grilled chicken burger it was like raw chicken then change to crispe chicken burger also the outer was fried and inner was also raw. I’ve eaten burger king no of times before but NOW there’s no quality at all. ?EndUP both burgers are wasted. Just left it there!! ? Sitting place.. Inside without aircond and replaced few cooler. Floor and the place no dirty and untidy.?? Washing 1 with water n another without. Pity the workers, had to work in a place as this for money. ? ?Outlet Owner need to spend money to Refurbished the place, for sake it’s a eating place!!! ????3 months agoFirst time trying their breakfast, not bad wor. Cheap and good11 months agoI went in the morning and ordered the Menu Rahmah – chose the cheese beef burger and got a bottle of mineral water. It cost only RM 5. 2 months agoI ordered ice cream cone here and waited 15 minutes for it. It was the only thing I ordered, it takes maximum 30 seconds to make it. Staff preferred to stand and do nothing. It is very disappointing and frustrated due to many reviews seem positive however my owned experienced this place does not..

I have requested a large chicken and I don’t want the drumstick part, but I still get the drumstick part. After that, the food that was ordered was not enough. This Bukit Bintang brunch is really bad. Please upgrade your service. CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT! Please do not use customer money like this. PLEASE FOLLOW CUSTOMER REQUESTS! If the item is not available, please inform the customer.
We made a late delivery order and noticed that the two drinks cover top has TWO LITTLE TINY HOLES. I called wanted to check if it is caused by the machine malfunction or our foods has been jeopardised. Total of 2 calls picked up and hang up, and no pick up after. So pls tell me, should we continue to consume the food or throw it away?
The slowest fast food branch I’ve ever seen. Took 15 minutes to make two simple ice creams and there weren’t many people.
Update: I’m waiting longer cause they prepared different kinds of ice cream than the ones we’ve ordered
