The food is nice, but hygiene is horrible. I am not sure if other branch is of the same standard but this branch looks like never clean their tray. I have complained vi’s their website, same situation, no improvement. Looks like hygiene is not their priority. Totally disgusting!

The color of the chicken skin is very dark. Using recycled oil or overcooked? The chicken skin is hard. That’s not what I usually get when I eat at there. The staff did not wear her mask properly, she’s coughing too.

Waited 10 minutes my wrap is still not done, didn’t even give us first the other ordered items, just let us stand and wait, when raised the issue to the cashier, the cashier is very RUDE! Such a bad customer service! TRAIN YOUR STAFF !!

Counter malay girl very poor service in malay can said(lembab)because of 1 cus ..we have to wait for order half n hour ..the cus asking for several question n …at the end that guy no money to pay…this is not fast food restaurant …Order for 3 chicken set..but get 2chicken only…PLEASE WELL TRAIN UR WORKER

The fried chicken served is not hot and crispy enough while the french fries are well seasoned. There is an ice cream counter but no cashless kiosk. The staff’s attitude need to be improved. I handed over the money politely and the female staff just threw the change on top of the table. I witnessed a customer argued with the staff before too.
Sadly staff are incompetent. No one seems to know to to make the ice blended chocolate Hershey. I wanted to take my fries and nuggets first so at least I can still have warm fries and nuggets to eat. They refused. And I waited 15 mins for my order while I stared at my cooling fries.
We ordered Large size French fries. Then we got very less portion item. Burger was cold even we went there busy lunch time. What happened this outlet? Very disappointed.
Menu Rahmah ordered. Personally I’d say mix and match is a better option. Staff are attentive and quick in action.
Today GCB is horrible! The meat is so thin taste like overnight very bad taste!
