It’s difficult to find parking at this outlet. Efficient service, although it’s a two-storey outlet but there were several tables at the ground floor, it’s very convenient for old folks. The bathroom was too small, it barely fit for even one person. Cleanliness can be improved. I once saw rats running at the rubbish area. I hope they subscribe to monthly pest control service.

Feels like KFC. The meals taste like KFC and everything also like KFC. It’s so KFC.

I arrived at 9:50, but they told me to only accept take away, and didn’t tell me why, on google it shows the restaurant is open until 2 am, if they can’t accept customers to dine in, at least tell me why, no I apologize to the customer as well, and I hope you can inform me on google to dine in last 9:30 pm, so we can understand, thank you
Another good Mcdonald branch. This is located at the side of the main road Jalan KK. Had a birthday party here, the kids love it. Besides the fries and presents, and the playground, they would actually arrange a few games for the kids, like cup stacking, musical chair, and even burger making, so that they have the chance to learn to make their own mcchicken burger. Please keep up the maintenance and cleanliness, critical.
I’ve been here a few times and I must say the staffs here are superb friendly, kind and helpful with positive attitude. Although, this is one of the busiest outlet in Ipoh they have always served their customers with smile. Working in F&B sector can be stressful and hectic but they make the environment better by handling the situations better, A+ for that.
Located just before the entrance to the North-South Highway. It might be your last chance to grab a meal before your journey north or south begins. You can use their drive-thru for a quick pit stop, or if you decide to dine in, there is ample parking space available.
Order my dishes here, but my food was unsatisfactory.. The rice was so dry and the fried chicken too. Also the drink (ice milo) taste likely been mixed with other softdrinks. Hopefully this can be improved next time.
Service here is just about ok.
Pls double check your drive through orders, esp after 830pm onwards, due to the rush hour for dinner time.
The staff sometimes mess up your drive thru order or even forget to pack your full order, as paid for.
The atmosphere at the dine in area is relaxed, with free WiFi (limited to your dine in session only) ?
Other than the above, it’s a convenient place to hang out with family and friends.
