a year agoThe service was considered fast despite many customer. There are also Drive thru & parking space available. Located at the center of Seremban Gateway make it more accessible. Toilet was clean. Lots of seating indoor & outdoor. Interior design will changed occasionally.a month agoWorst customer service ever. I took table service at 18:07. Almost 40 minutes I waited for them to bring my food since I was in a meeting in zoom call. I went to the counter to check on my food and the cashier said you can collect the food over here. My food turned cold and my chocolate drink melted?. Then what is the use for you guys having the table service numbers? Better throw it into the garbage bin.2 months agoIce latte with so much ice is in a cup understandable, but only half of the coffee, too? Took only a few sips before my coffee was gone ?Previously I tried to order Ice Latte with less ice and without ice, the staff told me I need to pay extra. Making face to customer, no thank you no smiling just because i asked for new ice milo cause i dont want my milo melted and tawar. After i took a sip, it was taste like kahak. They do it for purpose. Worst customer service ever.11 months agoSmall McD restaurant located just beside Gateway Seremban, near to the Seremban toll exit, which is rather convenient for customers. There is drive-thru service here, but rather long queue most of the time. Service was rather quick during our visit, despite plenty of customers. Staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient (although some customers are fuzzy and taking long time at the counter).The restaurant is clean, well maintained and well decorated. The toiler was clean as well. Ample of seats indoor and outdoor, although the restaurant is rather small in space. There are 4 kiosk machines which is very convenient to order. However, they switched off the kiosk machine during breakfast, which was very inconvenient for customers. Only switched them back-on after 10am.
The food quality is rather acceptable, but they forgot our sambal for Nasi Lemak McD, which was rather disappointing. Price rather standard, but you can search for more offers with their apps.

2 months agoSoft drinks are free refills, fried chicken tasty, fresh n juicy.3 months agoVery disappointing. I’ve ordered many many times. Everytime I order 3 pc combo. My favourite part is the thigh, but not even 1time I get it, and you can’t request it when you’re ordering. Just wondering where all those damn thigh went….always 2 white meat and a drumstick…a year agoFirst try on texadilla, has 2 chicken thighs inside. Omg the texadilla is so spicy (for my level). I found out that texas chicken is not that crispy as last time. Their fried chicken crispy level now drop to same like kfc5 months agoAll the staffs under one roof are productive, polite, friendly and nice to customers. The only thing I hope in the future is there are more vegetarian offerings and seafood wrap. Big & spacious! After renovation the environment is good? a place that full of childhood memories.
Things to enhance = service & experience.
Also the parking space is quite less~ if peak hours might be difficult to enter
It is a family friendly fastfood restaurant. I had a lunch there. At that time, I had a problem using my credit card; however, thanks to the one of its kind staff’s help I could solve the problem. Restroom is also well maintained. It is a clean and good place for families for light lunch.
Not that many A&W left in Malaysia.
Must visit if in Seremban. Iconic place.
We came for waffles and root beer floats after dinner.
Highly recommended.
A&W now is ridiculously expensive. The food is not bad but RM 20 for hot dog set damn that feel a bit of rip off. Nowadays any nostalgic food that used to be rahmah or affordable is more expensive than the premium food like pizza & etc (well probably not A&W it still expensive before just still can treat yourself once in a while as a student but now it i would say it cost arm & legs). Credit where credit due the portion still big sometime but their chicken size luckily bigger than some KFC shop (The taste is not great)
Too bad, can’t find this outlet in A&W app~ they don’t have the QR code that I can thru the app.
A&W Root beer float is always the classic that I won’t want to miss whenever I visit A&W.
