JakaTo be highlight, the front counter obviously not familiar with their own on-going promotion and all their staff not wearing mask while on-duty. Need effort to improve.

Very slow service. As covid is dying now n customers are picking up, pls increase your ordering counters if u wanna be the best fastfood outlet in Sarawak.

In fact in the same building there is not only sugarbun, there are other choices such as yummy pizzas, fried chicken, ice cream, cheese tart, etc. But u need to find wisely a good spot to sit as not all spots could feel the cold ??

Price increased but still can accept lah (coz everything increase now).
However for original chicken (thigh and drumstick) small like…..an ant leh.
Tomato sauce (beside cashier there) got some smelly taste leh…
Hopefully can improve again lah.

The worst ever. We ordered Kids set but they give us wrong orders. We have been waiting so long just to pay. They don’t even entertain us at the drive thru counter. Drive thru also take the longest time ever to just pay and take our foods. I never experienced this kind of thing. This will be the first and last. Not going there anymore. Sorry not sorry, but this is really the worst. Please improve

I went here with my friends today. It is quite crowded. It looks like it need more staff. But the staff at the McCafe counter is very friendly ?I love the apple crumble cheesecake . It is not very sweet. The Belgian chocolate cake is sweeter and the chocolate drink too.
I ordered today a spicy chicken meal with small americano and chocolate sundae. I only receive the chicken and ice cream. The drink, coffee and french fries is missing. I tried contacting you guys but no one is answering. who is going to deliver this to me now?
overall okay, hard to find parking lot, coffee is nice, tea is nice, employee is nice also, but high peak need to wait very long to order, bcs sibu only have one mcd, very laku, sibu lang day day mcd
Always crowded and flooded with a lot of orders, advise to order online first before arriving to the place. There is limited parking space around this establishment.
Quite a lot of food not available such as Mc flurry and ice cream. Service is quite nice, workers are friendly, helpful and proactive. Suitable for family.
