worst KFC in town,,, extra crispy and spicy fried chicken become super soggy and have distinct weird smell and taste…. maybe due to 1, overnight 2, stay on the tray for too long 3, not fresh chicken 4, not hot enough when frying 5, dirty oil or combination of all,,,,,, low standard of quality control,,, same like 20 years ago…. such a disgrace….

and with limited staff
I went here with my friends today. It is quite crowded. It looks like it need more staff. But the staff at the McCafe counter is very friendly ?I love the apple crumble cheesecake . It is not very sweet. The Belgian chocolate cake is sweeter and the chocolate drink too.
I ordered today a spicy chicken meal with small americano and chocolate sundae. I only receive the chicken and ice cream. The drink, coffee and french fries is missing. I tried contacting you guys but no one is answering. who is going to deliver this to me now?
overall okay, hard to find parking lot, coffee is nice, tea is nice, employee is nice also, but high peak need to wait very long to order, bcs sibu only have one mcd, very laku, sibu lang day day mcd
Always crowded and flooded with a lot of orders, advise to order online first before arriving to the place. There is limited parking space around this establishment.
Quite a lot of food not available such as Mc flurry and ice cream. Service is quite nice, workers are friendly, helpful and proactive. Suitable for family.
