Even after explaining that our kids will be disappointed, we have already parked our car, the staff refused to consider dining in. She (see photo of the staff) insisted that we can only order for take away.
This is not the service we expect from a reputed restaurant. I must also mention that this is the first time we encountered this issue. We have visited this outlet at least 10 times before.
Hope the staff can be more friendly and follow the commitment by the restaurant rather than wanting to go home early.
I did a take out and was also there as a delivery rider.
Cannot imagine how regular delivery riders feel about this. Orders stacked and no one at the counter. I waited a good 50 mins for my order. The manager , Atira, who was there was rude also. Did pick up order for myself, was faster than delivery order.
Usually the flow here is fast for deliveries, the manager today was just full of attitude and walked slow with no sense of urgency. Please don’t give the excuse that it was busy. Even if you are, a headsup to the riders will be good. We are all just trying to make a living right?
ordered from grab food , breakfast wrap set with mocha frappe , and theres barely chocolate drizzled on it ? and u called that mocha frappe ? seriously , u dont just ching chai the order just because its from online order you know . really disappointed with the order . wont order from this outlet anymore
Parking is Expensive.
Turning point at the exit barrier should be rebuilt It’s very narrow and too many accidents because of poor planning of the exit barrier by the building owner or the parking contractor. It is no brainer to build a practical exit.
I think parking is an outsourced parking company and they don’t care as long as they make money and pay commission to the building owner.
Please consider proper planning and exit planning for the building exit. Too many issues with barrier EPS always delay and block the cars. It’s time to update.
Remote MacDonald with drive-through serving neighbourhood well for a few decades.
The staff are professional. Witnessed a staff dash out of MacDonald and even blend over the barrier gate out of on road, almost reaching open road to catch the leaving vehicle and to pass the diver uncollected order.
My usual go-to Mac as its much more nearer to my house. ☺️
Food served hot and service was good as well. Just that sometimes i think its a little small and might get really really crowded on weekends night..
Looking forward to see them upgrade this macdonald in the future ?
