The owner and the employees are so friendly and experienced
The owner himself competes in Bodybuilding
The gym has all you need on equipment and the price is so cheap, even for a single entry
So if you are looking for a cheap very well equipt gym this is the place where you should go
You can buy there 1.5L of water for 2 Ringit
On the week it has till midnight open

I would say this gym is the best in terms of value for money in the Bayan Lepas area. The equipments are good enough, the owner is the main trainer here and he is damn friendly and he is knowledgeable about what he does. And in the whole Bayan Lepas area, their packages are one of the best for both membership and normal gym access.
Small gym with equipment for various workout , can be hot in the gym while working out in the afternoon
