Best AF by far (considering i’ve been patronising other AF before) , gym is big enough with more than enough equipments around WITHOUT being too crowded considering how well equipped it is. Do take note though, no gymming in the functional area when there classes are ongoing. Highly recommend people to join their classes though ! I extremely love their trampoline fitness and yoga (which sadly has been discontinued already). All staff and manager are also welcoming/friendly ????
I have been training with my PT Muneer for the past 3 months. Doctor has advised that my cholesterol was high and I needed to do strength training. Muneer has been so caring and had planned amazing workout sessions for me to improve my health. Had my blood test redone and my cholesterol levels have improved alot. Highly recommend Muneer as a PT
Peaceful to work out but some equipment need replacing. Like the treadmill, alrdy squeaking and shaky. Also notice a weight equipment w screws in the floor alrdy
Super clean and well equipped gym. Better than even the Sydney ones ? Lovely auntie who is super friendly and makes the whole place vibe. Give her a pay raise!! Has a great body comp machine. All equipment are well looked after. Only qualm was that I was asked to put my shoes on when I was doing Romanian deadlifts. It’s not the best rule. Needs exceptions.
one of the biggest outlets i came across ! place is well-equipped, very clean, as well as friendly staff ? will recommend to friends and family !
