c. No updates for two weeks and turned up at my door randomly? At least notice me a few days before that and I can arrange. Dislike this surprise.
d. Upon researching online after all these, realised that Beng Hwa Pte. Ltd. had multiple bad reviews since 2011 and they tried to rebrand to MR decor?

Overall, be wary when dealing with this company. We should have done our online research on Mr Decor and Beng Hwa before we purchased. Luckily, we withhold the outstanding payment, else I think they wouldn’t bother about this matter.
Good variety of furniture shops and brands in comfortable environment. Staff is friendly and helpful to the questions I had. Also there was a fun event with Halloween booth, free gifts and giveaways till end of the month. $50 voucher dont miss out~~~
