worst experience with this furniture company. Full Payment was made as their term & conditions if wanna goods to be delivered. Until the promised delivery date, waited for them whole day, there was no sign of them and kept being evasive. No sign of product delivered to us, we requested for refund since they have no furniture to deliver to us, 1 month also haven’t refund, every time deal with them to ask for the refund just endless excuses, sales person delay in submission, person in charge MC, the date they promised just nothing, every time just said by next week. which took 1 month plus and no sign of refund at all.
if you don’t wanna go through all the hassles and experience the same thing move house without furniture and end up need to shop again double work waste time, and wish for a smooth process when move in your house without any turbulence or bad experience avoid this shop as much as possible.
BAD SERVICES ??? they said that the sofa has a warranty period. then i want them to repair my sofa. I came to the furniture store 3 TIMES JUST TO REMIND THEM TO RETRIEVE THE SOFA. AFTER 3 MONTHS, they came home & JUST MODIFIED THE SOFA. WOW ! then one of their staff said “actually this sofa has no warranty” LIAR ! when i bought this sofa, they said that the sofa has warranty. they’re LIAR. I bought it RM4000 but did not use it within 4 MONTHS because the legs of the sofa were shaking.
Because the item is damaged, they say let’s exchange it, they won’t come…the goods are not delivered, there is no more stock to sell!!! the store has a lot of bad things!!!
