4 months agoVery bad service. Ordered a wardrobe since last week and would like to call and have a follow up. Called varies number but no one bothered to answer! Really regretted to buy from them, poor service, please think twicea year agoBought furniture from wangsa maju outlet. Within 2 weeks, I found termite for my bedframe. Asked for return and refund,but very bad customer service. Ask me to take care of my furniture after they sold. Caused my room to have termite. Irresponsible seller.a year agoBeen order the product since before raya puasa but now already raya haji we still didn’t received our product. First reason it is a custom made (I don’t know whether it is true or not). Second the problem with the delivery time we did order from Wangsa Maju outlet but we don’t understand why there is no delivery to our place in Ukay Perdana daily. I did take a half day leave to wait for the sofa and suddenly got cancel because the delivery is full. ??????. Such an irresponsible. The customer service also really bad. Calling people during work hour than giving excuse not pick up. We have lunch break why don’t you call us during that time. We do reply confirming the delivery with the time giving excuse OH!
