The female staff named “shuzhen” is very bad in attitude. I purchased a Note 8 UV tempered glass but within a day, lots of bubble appeared at the left bottom of the phone screen. This is apparently a issue of product quality or poorly installation skill. So I came back the next day to feedback. When I enterred the store, this female staff “shuzhen” is playing phone and doing make up. I recounted my issue to her then I turned unbelievably harsh shouting at me and furthermore use “law” to threathen me that they are not liable to the defect. I aksed her if she’s referring lemon law, she become quite.
This is really the epitome of worse customer service ever. Please train your staff to treat customer politely and be kind. Your staff attitude really sucks. Her name is shuzhen at Jem outlet.
I would be wary of this store, as they have insanely marked-up prices. Saw an iPad case that I bought online for $10 being sold for $34.20 (same packaging and all). Additionally the items don’t seem authentic.

Honestly i had a really good experience at this shop. The sales person by the name of Delsin attended to me and i was genuinely impressed by his service. Besides being really helpful in assisting me in selecting my case, he went above and beyond to help me remove me camera protective lens case on my Iphone.
It was definitely a great purchase experience !
