    I would have given 0 stars if I could. I went here to get a new screen protector for my phone. The salesman was pushy and tried to upsell me to get something much more expensive than I needed. After I settled for a cheaper one, they took my phone to apply the screen protector. 10 minutes later, they came out with my phone only for me to see that the screen protector was not even straight. There was a very visible gap on the left side while the right side was very close to the phone’s frame. On pointing this out, the person offered to rectify this. After waiting another 10 minutes, the person came out and scanned the barcode of the screen protector only to realise that it was the wrong model. He went in again to change to the correct model for another 10 minutes. Finally when I got back the phone (after 30 minutes when I was the only customer present, mind you), there was a prominent dust particle on the screen entrapped within the screen protector. I was not even given a discount for having to wait 30 minutes for what is easily a 10 minute job.

    Terrible experience all around. I will be actively avoiding this place and would recommend everyone in my friends circle and the general public to do the same.

    1. Chanced upon this outlet when I was there to collect my Ninja Parcel. Staff was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend purchase of digital gadgets from here with the service provided and will definitely continue to have this store as my preferred Ninja Collection outlet!

    3. Selected this shop for my Ninja point Shopee Parcel collection recently. Wanted to give a big shout out to the helpful and friendly staff there! I bought an Ipad cover that was recommended by the Staff. Would choose this collection point again as its conveniently located near my office.

    4. i got my phone and ipad screen protectors done here about a year ago, but i’m writing about it now because i’m petty like that! i’m not sure how, but they managed to screw up both gadgets.

      for my phone, i requested for a glossy tempered glass screen protector. the man said that they didn’t have my screen size (iphone 11) in stock, but he had an iphone x that was “the same screen size”. i trusted him, so i just handed my phone over. but the job done was so bad it looked like my screen protector shrunk on my phone ? i wish i got a picture of it.

      for my ipad, it was a matte screen protector as i wanted, but it came with a bubble on the side. when i asked him to fix it (i didn’t ask about my phone because i was just too appalled lol) he blamed it on my ipad casing.

      perhaps their service is better now, but the bubble on my ipad still annoys me to this day.

    5. I recently had an unfortunate experience with an employee named Damond at your store. I visited to collect a SIM card on behalf of someone, and I was aware that I needed an authorization letter and the person’s digital IC. However, Damond insisted that I needed the physical IC, which seemed illogical to me considering the purpose of the authorization letter. When I questioned this, he shrugged his shoulders and did not provide a satisfactory explanation.

      Additionally, when I asked for his name to make a formal complaint, he became confrontational and displayed unprofessional behavior. It was disappointing to encounter such rudeness and gangster-like customer service.

      I hope that steps are taken to address this issue and ensure that customers are treated with respect and professionalism at all times.
