2 weeks agoCharged me additional $15 for Simba port in when its stated on simba website there’s no port in fee. Scammed into paying $25 for simba $10 plan. Pls go elsewhere to sign up for Simba5 months agoAs usual, wonderful service provided,this shop has never failed to provide me with the best!!,continue to keep the superb work!!! the working person is always warm & friendly and assists me in the best way! have a fantastic year ahead!!!3 years agoGot the S20 cover in Aug 2020 with 1 year warranty to replace the screen protect any point of time, any number of time. This is most expensive and the staff vouched for this model.After 2 months of normal usage , there are multiple cracks. I went to replace and staff was very rude in response and now informed me that they can replace only 1 time and after that no warranty. Means the replaced one have no guarantee and we can get the quality of the product they vouched for 2 months back.
I felt offended by the rude way staff responded when I went to check about warranty and show them the status of the phone in 2 months.
Again staff was harsh when my 3 year old touched the hanging mobile back cover.
My first and last experience with “The Digital Gadget” shop. ?
10 months agoIt is being run by Cheats. If you buy Simba sim card they are charing extra 10 and not informing customer till billing is done.a month agoBut I still prefer the shop beside anker

bought their wired earpiece and it wont work so i went back for a refund , got a new one and tried it but still didt work again ?♂️
Great ?? staffs (female & male)! They are always very polite and doesn’t look down or trying to put customers down for browsing around the shop. And they are willing to explain on how their gadgets work even you have not make a decision to make any purchase yet. Of course few days later I went back to make my purchase because of their extraordinary service and products I needed.
Kudos to Gadget Mix for having such professional and dedicated staffs who are serving customers with a genuine heart!
Was looking for speaker with mics, the staffs here were very friendly, allowing us to test the product before purchase.

Bought a wired earpiece one month back. Spoiled after 2 weeks of usage. Changed once and spoiled again after 2 weeks. Was told one year warranty, went back to shop, staff showed attitude and refused to honour. Ask me to complain to company if not happy. Buy at your own risk. Lousy shop. Quality of staff is as bad as its product.
