Good place to shop for gadgets, freindly sales person.
I went there to put my screen protector… I told them that I am using a bumper case…They tried one of the protector which actually broke after the fixing was done and later broke when it was put back in the casing…I told them earlier that its a different type of casing and its purely not my fault.. She tried convincing me to buy a case from them as my case did not support the protecter….I told them that I have spent 50 for my casing I would not like to change… She still tried to convince me but I told no… As it goes finally she told if u want the protector or not and I told dont want as its is waste of my money… She told it to the another worker and she came took my phone, talked to my in a very rudely manner which I dont think she deserve to be a customer service…she peeled the protector off and asked me to leave… i didnt want to make havoc and just left.. tbh i really think if the owner sees this pls remove the girl from there as she might hurt others by words…. pls take note that u should be brave to fight for your rightss.. they just want the bloody moneyyyy….dont get fooled pls….made my whole day disappointed 🙁
its nice but some things I buy does not last long then 2 months
Don’t ever buy anything from this shop…some of their products didn’t stick any price. Recently I bought baseus Bluetooth earphones for Rm100 and shoppee is selling for Rm45…just imagine
Worst experience. Camera protector fell off few times and eventually lost it and couldn’t claim warranty
