a month agoWas just 1 minute past 9pm and macik refused to help and let me collect my shopee parcel. I know that it is possible as previously other cashiers were kind enough to help especially when it is just a split second thing and we are held back by other customers. But that aside what irked me is her attitude and the unnecessary smirk. Horrible customer service. If you don’t have any customer service mentality in you, don’t work in customer service line.2 months agoI’m collecting my parcel at 9:04PM, the Indian staff explained to me the timing of collecting the parcel until 9pm only, then I replied Nevermind, because I also dunno the timing collecting parcel, got one MALAY WITH EXTREMELY MAKE UP on her face add on one sentence that made me felt uncomfortable. She add on “Pls Follow The Rules Ah”, I did not made any response, Stupid Aunty with powder2 years agoDamage my car’s door will doing vacum..found out when i rch home cant do anything already. My advice to you all check around the car when they finish the work if u taking their package.3 months agoRude cashier. Think this station is unsupervised so they can act this way without customer service.a year agoIt seems like car washing service could be better. I have to agree with that, I paid for basic wash and really get basic. Thankfully no scratches on car. But the counter staff is friendly there. I came during wee hours to have a quick wash and food. They are helpful and friendly.

3 years agoFirst time here due to use of SPC discount coupon. Impressive amenities but counter staff service was bad. You called your colleague to service someone who bought an ice cream instead of me who is next in line. I am fine if it’s for that ice cream alone but the staff went on to ask if she is also paying for petrol. Oh your colleague was actually lazing and talking to other staff. I think there are other stations I rather go.4 years agoBrand new petrol kiosk. Recently opened. There is an Axs station beside. Clean and well maintained toilets. Very new pumps booth. Pump attendant is friendly and helpful. Oil checks and window cleaning is automatically done. Cashier is fast working and cheerful. Small bakery inside to get your breakfast fixed. Very busy during evening peak hours. Saturday morning is the worst when all the cyclist congregate for their pit stop. Inside will be smelly with their sweat dripping all over the shop. Please avoid Sat and Sun morning. Overall a good addition to the estate.2 months agofrequently engaged to this station as it provides good service and good carwash service.10 months agoIt is one of 2 SPC petrol stations in Punggol, and the less crowded of two. Service really depends on which pump attendant is attending to you. Cashier service has been consistently good.5 months agoFriendly and helpful staff overall, brightens your day. Especially thumbs up to Syed!

This is my first choice pump station, unfortunately, there are times where I had to detour to the nearby Shell station due to the long queue. Hope the station owner can have more payment stations to clear the queue fast.
Can the lady with the head dress who always take the right cashier starts to do her job already? Almost everytime i went there she is always on her phone typing while either me or other petrol paying customers waits in the queue. When there is 2 cashier, things don’t make any difference. She still make herself busy with her handphone typing away while queue forms and the other cashier busy serving the other customers. It’s like she don’t care or colleagues afraid of her. SPC visit your store here to witness yourself or better still check CCTV.
