Manager & pump owner details posted on (treats shop) door but will not pick up phone to address the issue.

If you have problem, do not go to this station for help. You will not get ANY help.

I have totally struck off this Petrol station from my list.

Staff is not friendly. I only ask if the toilet serviceable. With mask on, she look away and talk to me, of course i didn’t hear what she says, I ask again. Same thing. Got fedup and go fuel up my car. Then i realise my loyalty point didn’t enter. So I go again to the counter ask politely, again same things happen. Not to be racially judgement, but same race with her ask her, all of the sudden the got the difference response

Convenient Petrol Station, but sometimes have mild hassle.

Staff sometimes can be difficult to talk with during my visit especially when informing them that I would like to fill my tank full and will pay with TNG once filling completely, but instead they just give me back my change and didn’t let me collect my Petron Miles points or allow me to use my TNG to pay… This only happened once so I’ll let it slide.

Some of the pumps are very slow to fill up… Hope they can perform maintenance on them.

  5. Very bad service, cannot pay with debit card and QR Pay just can cash and e-wallets. If other people don’t know just can pay with cash or eWallet and we just have card then how we can do? I will not come again thank you?
