Pacific market place definite up to standard and relatively cheap.
Goodmix of variety.
Clean and comfortable.
The mall is quite big despite looking average on the outside. Have many customers & buyers go there since many stalls & shops inside. Got basement parking too if its too rainy outside. Some stalls are vacant but still has potential to rise for best mall there.
I bought a trouser at KTTC pacific under brand Camel Active(camel active Men Cargo Trousers)
after 2 time wash, the back button come out… …. to FRANK LITTLE BIT frustrated… NOT WORTHY it….
…..btw make a call to camel active CS…they requested, to sent it to their ware house in KL for repair….they must be joking…….from Kuala Terengganu to sent back to KL for repair and hv to bare the cost …..
Sorry but two of the saleswomen in the handbag department are just RUDE!!!! Not only once but three times?!!! I told one of them that I wanted the handbag but she literally ignored me?? Then my mom asked her again and she just looked and walked away. Then we asked another saleswoman and she also did the same. We ended up not buying the bag cause my mom was just disappointed and mad. I can tolerate when people are being rude with me but not to my mom!!!! Sorry but please improve your service or at least show good expression and attitude kalau nak gaji tu berkat. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ASK YOUR WORKERS AT HANDBAG DEPARTMENT TO AT LEAST SHOW GOOD MANNERS. Thank you.
