10 months agoGood service but the sudden ask if wanna do treatment caught me off guard, I chose the RM190 one on top of my hair dye (mid length, one tone with highlights) but didn’t expect the additional RM120 treatment of another thingy – i think it was for scalp as I was told my scalp is oily – I used hair oil but my mistake I should have only oiled the mid to tip part of my hair. I thought it was free of charge as I was shown the treatment bottle they were using but I did not understand if it was a different treatment being done. Hair looks great and soft but the total came out at RM680. I asked for a discount but the boss offered a treatment instead of a discount. I guess it was miscommunication. Maybe if you speak mandarin, communication will be better.a year agoPointed out to the hairdresser the length that I want (about 3 cm below shoulder, and the hairdresser agreed with it) but the outcome is way too absurd (even shorter than the chin). 2-3 cm difference from my instruction is acceptable but the result is too far away from that. Never would’ve imagined that I would cry in the salon all thanks to the hairdresser messed up with my hair. Was planning to get a haircut before going for a trip but now I felt really uncomfortable and insecure about my hair whenever I look at the mirror. Definitely would never go back to this salon.a year agoIf you are a young guy that has a good sense of hairstyling. Better do not go here as they are bad with men’s hair. Mediocre and frankly outdated hair cut styling. I was given an awkward top heavy ‘2 layer haircut’ when requested for layered look. Had to fix at another salon.
Foil highlights were presented as balayage. Prices are comparable to big cities boutique salons but unfortunately not reflected in the final outcome.
Very good colour skill .. Even is abit expensive but the resault is perfect ??????? very professional .. Best in miri !???
I have had a very unfortunate experience with this hair saloon. Inquired upfront to ask if appointment is needed or can go by walk in. Was advised to do appointment, but after waiting in an empty saloon 50min on weekend morning still not see the hairdresser around and have to leave. Would never visit again.
Love the hair scalp treatment ☺️ helped me so much with my dry itchy scalp. Great service too!
