7 months agoThey never understand the customers pain and they didn’t follow my needs they just cut the hair after straight so the Leng of the hair after take bath look so so so short..I really disappointed.. actually I’m a regular customer for their shop..now I really sorry to say that your works need more practice for nowadays trends.. Please Update Guys..a year agoI went for hair wash, when I ask the staff about price she didn’t mentioned at first. Then she asked me to sit and explained to me about my dandruff, and she said rm 110 for the dandruff treatment. I said it’s okay I’ll do it next time…but she insisted but I said it’s okay I don’t want to do it now. She got fed up and showed face. When she washed my hair I felt like she purposely doing it harder, she was continuesly doing that till the end…which clearly shows that she fed up because I said I don’t want that treatment. It’s customers choice and they have all rights to say no or yes for what they want, she showed face and gave me a non friendly face all the while. I came here twice and I got the same person to wash my hair…I don’t like her service at all, I gave one star just for the price…for hair wash they charged only rm20. But if service like this, then I would rather pay more and go to a better saloon for a good service. Disappointed .a year agoMy niece went for hair cut. Fast, efficient and friendly staffs.3 years agoVery expensive. Hair stylist are not friendly at all! Im fed up!?5 years agoReally nice service and most importantly cheap… Highly recommend

had already went to this saloon for quite sometime. My Hair dresser May Bo did her job very well. She educate me on my hair and scalp condition and suggested the best treatment for my hair problem. As for today I Had my caviar hair treatment and scalp treatment The caviar treatment totally change my hair look from very dry to shiny looking. Plus my hair now is smooth
and feel healthy. Will come again in two
months time for my next appointment. Good job De Touch team. keep it up ??
I like it. Will be my favourite saloon. The place is very cozy and comfy. The staff are also friendly and helpful. Personally I like the Bella and Trisha. They are so friendly and give me a good service. They seem so expert in doing the job.
Thank you Bella & May Bo for taking good care of me and my hair. May Bo even gave me a touch up of a disastrous hair cut and recommended me a good hair colour all while listening to my preference. Bella is a ball of joy who is just so pleasant to talk to and the both of them made my experience were enjoyable. ❤️
