I got no time to argue with him cos I am rushing. Why am I rushing? Because they can’t have appointment for me for hair setting service. Early afternoon I made a call to book a specific time so that I can be on time for my dinner, but the owner just said u can just come over, no booking for hair setting. Alright, so I suppose his schedule is not tight and can make it. It turned out I waited 20+ minutes for my turn. Showed the hair stylist the outcome I want (she didn’t even ask for it at the first place), she said ok but turned out not what I want. The excuse they have been using is it will look the same as pic after two hours. Guess what? It is the second day and it is still different from the pic. The owner tried to save my hair and I am already late so I got to leave.

I chose this place cos it is very convenient and nearby my area and I did not expect a simple hair setting service can go wrong and turned out I am wrong ? Overall a very unpleasant experience, not only from the services I get but also from the attitude
