Fuss free purchasing of hardware! Shopkeepers are extremely courteous and friendly, and will really make sure to check that you got the correct item! Will definitely go back again to get hardware if ever needed for my house.
Do note that there are two units in the vicinity – I needed plumbing equipment, so I was referred from the listed shop to the one next to the nearby coffee shop.
Great shop to meet your hardware needs. Always go to shop when I need something specifically. The boss is always willing to answer questions though they are busy most of the time. Prices are reasonable. It will be fuss free if you know what to get.
Came to Teck Cheong Hardware to buy a wall drill. The shopkeepers were very friendly and have good product knowledge. I asked them many questions becos the previous drill which i bought online (from another stall) didnt work. The shopkeepers answered all my questions patiently and professionally. The drill from Teck Cheong worked beautifully. Highly recommended.
Wasn’t of much help. Didn’t bother to check if they had stock and say they didn’t carry item though it was on their online store.
Very friendly customer service. Prices are very reasonable and items are reliable. 5 star. Been buying items from here more than 4 years.
