Asked them if they sell sockets with the brand “Hager” and the worker didn’t even have the initiative to help me and proceed to say “i dont know”. what do you mean you dont know? When i asked her to check the items on the system, she said “not sure” The manager need to buck up their staff because they are tarnishing the Ace Brand. Average hardware shop can get basic parts. Available parking spaces
Staff service is as bad as you can get. Attitude is not good as well. Unprofessional staff, unwilling to accommodate customers. The other Aik Huat branch all have top notch service except this branch.
I shall change my review. they improve so much these day! Give them a five star.
Some of the workers is nice but there is some they don’t know even how to respect the customers they ignored and don’t show care of customers
The sales person said mentioned nothing is under warranty, all items low quality for Cyberjaya price .
FYI – I bought 2 water bidet set which burst in one week of usage .
