lazy kan the staff there. Ask to help to look for something lazy to walk, use mouth only to show. At least, Other hardware shop at least they go to the aisle and show the box and open it for me. Thanks and What a great service.

  2. Staff service is as bad as you can get. Attitude is not good as well. Unprofessional staff, unwilling to accommodate customers. The other Aik Huat branch all have top notch service except this branch.

  4. Some of the workers is nice but there is some they don’t know even how to respect the customers they ignored and don’t show care of customers

  5. The sales person said mentioned nothing is under warranty, all items low quality for Cyberjaya price .

    FYI – I bought 2 water bidet set which burst in one week of usage .
