Like any hardware store, if you know what you’re looking for, service is quick and easy. If you don’t, service is slow and with many frustration. Luckily, I was under the care of a young lady. She was patient but also maybe new as she got confused with the items I asked for. Overall, it was a good experience. They even sold durian which is a big plus
