  1. Service performance has been deteriorating over the years for a company that sell premium goods. We have to carry out our large item goods from the shop. To me, the ailse has space constraint and we easily bumped into other goods and display. Hence, it is not a good idea to expect customer to carry out their own goods. I have bought a number of goods here over the years and this is going to be my last purchase.

  2. chinese salesman is lazy and rude sitting at counter do nothing and ask another salesman to serve me. all 3 to 4 person sitting at counter wait for you to go infront to ask question only serve or answer your question and give wrong information about tools
