Workers are waiting in front of the counter discussing with their boss about the huge order of the other customer. I just need to get some of my items but need to wait for around 2 minutes standing there, then I decided and talk loudly to the workers that I need to buy items, the worker replied me, wait for your turn.
Come on, if you scare people walking in steal your things by blocking the entrance, then you should hire more man power to serve customers! Not keep them waiting!
Although a lot of choices available in the store, but if your serving customer attitude is “Big come, Small Wait”, then no more support on your store next time!
Friendly and helpful boss. Willing to share useful information and give good explanation when recommending products. Price is reasonable as well. Truly confident on their hardware knowledges. Highly recommended.
Friendly and responsible staffs. They replaced a new stock to me (which is higher price then my order from grab – because the item is out of stock) and not asking for the additional charges. They even call + Whatsapp to inform me for this issue. Good service and follow up nicely. Highly recommended.
