a month agoThe big boss and his son was the best persons in Malaysia! They were so humble and knew how to appreciate their customers! They will always giving you the best price in town! Cheap but high in quality!2 months agoWe were in the neighbourhood when we called the shop to asked whether they have the dolphin clear paint, it was within 5 seconds they answered and assist us with the paint.2 years agoYou cannot do indoor shopping. a year agoBest place to shop all.necessary home improvement for DiY. Easy to find and park. Wide range of tools such as tools.kits,car accessories,face masks,lighting,party stuff,kitchen and bathroom stuff etc. Evvery thing else in one place with very reasonable price and pretty cheap compare other shops. Staff are good and customer friendly.a year agoClean, organized and best Mr DIY branch i went to. Can find lots of items that is not in other Mr DIY branch. No stuff laying around the floors and it’s well managed.Thumbs up to the workers there.
9 months agoVery rude staff. Especially the fat malay guy still stare at customer. Not recommend to go this outlet. Very bad service.3 years agoIve been to many Mr DIY nranches. This is the nearest branch and so I frequent this store. What exasperate me is that there is only one counter for debit/ewallet, one countet for cash and one counter that is always not used. Why cant they just make all counters use non cash payment..is it that difficult!!. Issue is almost everytime i come here the counter is congested as there are always product without price tag picked up by customers. So a wait of 5-10 minutes to resolve this. Yesterday the wait was more than 10 minutes and I ask them to open a new counter as the line was getting long. I had fee cash and wanted to pay using ewallet so couldnt use the cash counter.The staff with I dont care face told me Bayarlah Cash. I was so upset that i left.
Utter impudence! There were so many stafg that they could easily open a new countet.
The stafg is undoubtly poorly trained that they most likely didnt put price tag on most items! Most items have bar code , no price and sometomes place at wrong place with wrong price tag.
Whoever manage this store should ve reprimanded severely for the poor service.
3 years agoOk outlet, but inconvenient practice of requiring customers to leave their bags at the counter. Apparently this is due to shoplifting and I guess mrdiy has the right to do this. For me it’s a germ matter due to covid 19 and a personal belongings matter. Will not be visiting this outlet for now. I am a good customer and do not steal stuff.

Owner is very helpful, lots of items can be found here. But as some reviews mentioned, the goods sold are quite pricey.
This shop has everything, except for the fire exits and escape routes which have been buried over by the merchandise stacked so high and congested that you fear what if this shop collapses on you?
