Very rude staff. Especially the fat malay guy still stare at customer. Not recommend to go this outlet. Very bad service.

Ive been to many Mr DIY nranches. This is the nearest branch and so I frequent this store. What exasperate me is that there is only one counter for debit/ewallet, one countet for cash and one counter that is always not used. Why cant they just make all counters use non cash payment..is it that difficult!!. Issue is almost everytime i come here the counter is congested as there are always product without price tag picked up by customers. So a wait of 5-10 minutes to resolve this. Yesterday the wait was more than 10 minutes and I ask them to open a new counter as the line was getting long. I had fee cash and wanted to pay using ewallet so couldnt use the cash counter.
The staff with I dont care face told me Bayarlah Cash. I was so upset that i left.
Utter impudence! There were so many stafg that they could easily open a new countet.
The stafg is undoubtly poorly trained that they most likely didnt put price tag on most items! Most items have bar code , no price and sometomes place at wrong place with wrong price tag.

Owner is very helpful, lots of items can be found here. But as some reviews mentioned, the goods sold are quite pricey.
This shop has everything, except for the fire exits and escape routes which have been buried over by the merchandise stacked so high and congested that you fear what if this shop collapses on you?
Decently stocked. Nearby location makes it my first choice.
