Saya datang untuk membeli earpod (lightning collector), kelihatan Nurul Ain sedikit kalut cuz maybe she’s the only one really working there. Also, got 1 more staff (i believed its a newest staff)

So i got my earpod the wrong type ! I try to change it but it took me 5 mins to wait. Yeah ! I have to wait. While Ain assisting the new guest with unresolved iCould ID, i have to wait for another 5 mins cuz she is busy. The other just waiting there. I know she is new to the billing policy. So I have to wait for Ain to settle the other guest’s issue.

Eventually, I did change my earpod. Thanks to both of them. Hire more staff

P/s : i know its almost 10 PM but i also belived guest experience is also important. Please sent your potential staf like ain & her colleague to know more bout how Apple World works. Apart from the guest know nothing bout apple product, staf shud more be creative about how to elaborate the interesting fact bout the product.

SCAM , i buy my mom a new apple watch series 8 deliver to kb but she didnt know how to connect with her iphone 13 . myself at KL so i let her go KB apple store to seek for help. but when go ask the staff , they required RM60 for an IOS update to able to connect to apple watch ??? why a simple click task that no required so many man effort required so money to settle ? after that I let my mom go to Switch store and they done it for free. don’t go here poor customer service. makan duit .

    Call them one day before untuk tanya ada stok ke tidak, they pickup the phone and assist me and answer my question nicely. At the store, one of the female staff (Siti Nurani based on my invoice) is very helpful and kind enough to help me from A to Z since i want to transfer the data. Sini also can use Atome which is really good since it has no interest, but the max limit is RM5000. Any questions u can ask them directly since the staff are friendly and very helpful. Recommended ??

    Very helpful staff , i buy an iphone from staff named Yenyenn , she really prepare and very helpful with information, excellent services. next time i ll go again to switch kb mall. ????

    They wont pickup calls..they just pick em up and ends it….
