This was our first apple product, with only infomation gathered from the web. Our knowledge of the item was somewhat mediocre. We were approached by Sherene, one of staff on duty. She was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and was very through with her explainations. We loved our experience at machines. Excellent service, definitely coming back.
