2 weeks agoGreat experience, the salesperson named Kelvin was super helpful and understanding, Very easy to deal with. Booked a TV (deposit) with him and waited to pay remaining full on pay-day, and everything went smooth and fine. Good communication skills.As for the product itself, got it for a good price deal and we are very happy and satisfied.
3 weeks agoReliable & helpful when you need Tip Top after service. I bought a few home appliances from them 3 years back and had problem with the kitchen hob. Called TBM for help and next 2days, technician came over to check and had to take it back to their service centre to further troubleshoot (Technician is from 3rd party engaged by the hob company) To cut the long story short, it was not a smooth and pleasant transaction with the hob brand company. Approx. 4 weeks of uncertainty if the hob can be repair due to inefficient and poor customer service from brand company. Thankfully TBM team helped me to follow up and got me the hob in time for Christmas. After service is Important, even though it is a reputable brand or model. You can rest assured to find it in TBM! Thank You to TBM team in Dpulze & HQ. Keep up the Brilliant service!!3 weeks agoThe salesperson named Rawat at the store was very helpful when I went to purchase a vacuum cleaner. He helped me choose the best vacuum for my budget and needs. I felt welcome with his kindness and patience plus knowledgeable about the products on the shelf3 months agoGenuine product with great service by the sales person. Price is a bit comparative if we compare with online platform. Delivery arrangement was perfectly done.3 months agoMy Go-To shop for electrical appliances. Reasonable price and quality items. I always look for mr. kar wai, he’s very helpful and polite. Reccomended!

You really need to train your staff on how to answer call & speak properly with a manner. When i call to ask about the my replacement product, their common answer were “tak tahu, tak tahu” “kena tanya boss”. So whats the purpose of having staff if everything you don’t know.
Good customer service. The one who attended me answered my question politely and extend his help to carry the stuff into the car.
Called many times. They answered the calls but just kept silent and ignored me. If you uncapable and too lazy to answer a call, DONT PUT PHONE NUMBER ON YOUR PAGE.
