Just had the owner/locksmith help to open my room door as i forgot the key still inside. Seems friendly guy. Cost me rm65 to open my room door.
Duplicated my keys as well, 2 for rm8.5 and fast process

You really need to train your staff on how to answer call & speak properly with a manner. When i call to ask about the my replacement product, their common answer were “tak tahu, tak tahu” “kena tanya boss”. So whats the purpose of having staff if everything you don’t know.
Good customer service. The one who attended me answered my question politely and extend his help to carry the stuff into the car.
Called many times. They answered the calls but just kept silent and ignored me. If you uncapable and too lazy to answer a call, DONT PUT PHONE NUMBER ON YOUR PAGE.
