Irresponsible seller and shop owner. . Didnt arrange well on loading or off loading products and blocking the whole road and cause terrible traffic jam. Somemore when approach the delivery person to remove his lorry, dare to scold the drivers that have to wait for him to off load all the items..

Excellent before n after sales service within the same hour.
Issue : device can’t be switched on after having bought.
Action : Sales Manager responsibly took it back to check; rectified n self-delivered to customer’s doorstep.
Most importantly : problem solved though not device problem.
Good service from this staff with well explanatory given and even helped us to carry goods to our car park which I’m quite lost where I parked my car too

Very good range of products. The lady who served us was patient and knowledgeable and not only showed us different brands of the hair dryer and hand mixie that we were looking for but tested them and demonstrated their performance. Good service always deserves an acknowledgement ?? ?
