  Sent my computer on Thursday. Didn’t hear from anybody until Tuesday. I called them on Monday, to ask about my computer. The lady promised to return my call, I assume at anytime of the day but there was none. A bloke called on Wednesday to report that my PC was unable to resolve. I’m a bit disappointed. They could have acknowledge me earlier if they needed more time, like an update on what they are up to. I didn’t pay a penny but took almost 6 days for them to diagnose the problem.

  My laptop hinge was crack and need a replacement. They charge me RM180 for the repair and lasted a week. After that I found out they didn’t do any replacement as I requested them to do so. They fix the hinge by putting GLUE into my laptop and some the SCREW are MISSING!! The technician was a Malay guy. The service was POOR and EXPENSIVE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE COME HERE. I found other place that the technician is a Chinese guy which is responsible and efficient near Tesco Station 18.

  The staff is friendly but the service is bad. It has been almost 2 weeks to get an Aeon Credit acceptance to do Installment payment and nothing happens.

  I will update this review after a few days.

  I strongly urge you not to do any trading here. They did not call at all whether my application for approval of installment payment was valid or not. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

  Sent dekstop for repair on last Tuesday. The staff said their technician was not around and told me to leave the desktop at the shop there for checking. The technician called that the processor spoiled and the whole thing (motherboard, CPU, GPU) need to change.

  Went to shop at ~12.30pm Wednesday. Frontdesk staffs passed a spec flyer to me. Technician was not around. I asked the staffs what were the recommended parts can be used on the desktop. They seemed that they couldn’t provide an answer and need to check with technician later. Told me to take the package deal listed on the flyer. They will provide quotation after deducting parts, but the staff providing quotation was not available. The frontdesk staff promised to give me quotation latest by Thursday.

  Went to shop on Thursday to take back desktop, and reminded the frontdesk staff to provide quotation ASAP. Received whatsapp from the shop and asked me to provide email address for quotation.

  I only received quotation on Friday afternoon.

  I took the desktop to the other computer shop, the staff there was able to diagnose the desktop, recommend parts for change and provide quotation on-site.

  Overall, I feel that the shop needs several improvements. 1. Frontdesk staffs could have been provided more computer hardware related training, but not just rely on the technicians and wait for them to feedback to customers. 2. The staffs should have kept the promise to customers as well. 3. Much faster response in providing quotation. Customers will not just wait for you as there are lots of alternative choice.

  After this incident, I don’t think I’ll visit this shop anymore.

  Asked them to send my brother’s laptop to the ASUS HQ using a warranty, they preferred to repaired themselves and didn’t complete the job at all, no format, and my hardisk they didn’t even know how to fix but yet don’t want to send the laptop to the HQ. And one of the screw of the laptop is missing and they keep quiet about that when we take back the laptop at the center. Bad service.

  The best laptop repair place i have experienced in Ipoh. Im fussy. i call visit check before becoming a customer. Its not about money. Its about quality then quantity. DDR L 8GB RM 194 inc installation. Btw i know its RM 129 on shopee ??
